Twenty years ago Wheeler was one of the select few teen-agers who controlled the fate of Captain Planet. After Planet stole his ring Wheeler fell apart emotionally and physically. Now a mere shell of his former self Wheeler has clearly let himself go. Now he has come back to regain what little bit of life he may still have to gain back. If that means taking his ring back from the man who stole it from him, then so be it!
